Upanup is seeking a motivated, full-time Digital Data Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in transferring content between old and new websites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to accessibility standards within the Drupal content management system.

**What does the Digital Data Migration Specialist position entail?**

As a Digital Data Migration Specialist, you will collaborate within the DevOps team to execute the seamless transfer of content to new client websites. Your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing efficient systems for migrating large volumes of text, images and document files from outdated websites to modern platforms.
- Running content audits on legacy websites to extract well-structured importable content.
- Organizing information and documents while managing priorities across multiple projects.
- Assisting with quality assurance procedures and quality control testing to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.

**What are the requirements for the position?**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a computer-based or communications program.
- Strong understanding of HTML and how to organize content for user-friendly, accessible web pages.
- Familiarity with computing capabilities to efficiently manage large volumes of content and data.
- Capable communication and editing skills for spelling and grammar.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to learn new skills independently.
- Adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Remuneration and job logistics**:

- Permanent full-time position, with health benefits starting after three months.
- Three weeks of paid vacation.

- Salary range: $48,500 - $55,000, based on relevant experience.
