Job Description What You'll Do As a Lead Migration Specialist at Suzega, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive migration strategies and overseeing large-scale enterprise cloud migrations. You'll lead technical teams, define migration architectures, and ensure seamless transitions across diverse cloud platforms while maintaining security, compliance, and business continuity. The ideal candidate should possess deep architectural expertise, strategic thinking, and proven leadership in complex migration projects. Design and architect end-to-end migration strategies for enterprise-scale cloud transformations including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments Lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional migration projects with multiple stakeholders Develop migration blueprints, technical specifications, and architectural documentation Assess complex IT environments and design optimal target state architectures Define migration patterns, methodologies, and best practices for various workload types Create risk assessment frameworks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies Oversee proof of concepts, pilot migrations, and technical validation processes Establish governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards Mentor migration specialists and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle Drive automation initiatives and develop reusable migration accelerators Collaborate with enterprise architects to align migrations with long‑term technology roadmaps Present architectural decisions and migration strategies to executive leadership Requirements What You'll Bring 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale cloud migrations 3+ years in leadership roles managing technical teams and complex migration projects Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, GCP) Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF) Extensive experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments Advanced knowledge of identity management, security frameworks, and compliance requirements Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation) Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) Strong background in network architecture, DNS, and security protocols Experience with enterprise migration tools and platforms across multiple vendors Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and industry compliance standards Proven track record of managing migrations for organizations with 10,000+ users Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with complex technical challenges Prefer someone who is fluent in both English and French How to Apply Describe your enterprise migration architecture experience and notable projects Tell us why you are interested in joining Suzega What Happens Next We will review applications If shortlisted, you'll participate in two virtual interviews with our Trusted Interviewers You will have to go through a technical architecture assessment We will aim to complete our selection process within two weeks and notify you of our decision Why This Matters At Suzega, we're not just building better AI—we're thinking about how AI can work better with people and society.
