**The Opportunity**:
**Lounsbury Chevrolet Moncton**_ _**is looking for a **Body Shop Estimator.**We are looking for someone who has previous experience doing insurance adjustments or has worked as an appraiser.

This role requires a lot of interaction with customers, so we are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of Audatex or Mitchell Estimating Systems, with the capability to write a detailed automotive repair estimate
- Greet customers in person and on the phone, offering assistance as needed and updating them on the status of repairs
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Open and close work orders and assist with final billing
- Assist with parts ordering and receiving
- Collect payment from customers and issue receipts
- Assist in the daily shop production, including quality control of all vehicles being repaired
- Inspect finished repairs/work before the vehicle is given back to the customer

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education in Automotive courses or certification will be an asset.
- Experience in auto body experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive estimating
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- Previous software experience in Audatex, Mitchell I-car training will be an asset.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Can effectively communicate automotive issues clearly
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
