We’re hiring Our busy, high-quality **automotive shop** is looking for a **Paint Prepper** to join our team. If you take pride in attention to detail, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a crew that values craftsmanship and teamwork—we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
- Assist with panel prep, minor body work, and priming as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with painters and other team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a paint prep or autobody role preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of sanding tools, masking techniques, and shop safety
- Must be reliable and punctual
