**POSITION: Marketing Specialist, Rewards**
**LOCATION: Hybrid: Remote / 1031 Bank Street, Ottawa**
**This is a Hybrid position: Work-From-Home and typically 1 day onsite**
**Summary Description**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Support the Rewards team to execute overarching Rewards strategy, testing processes, feedback mechanisms, and roll-out plans necessary to deliver on Rewards objectives and increase member engagement.
- Make ongoing recommendations on how to improve the member experience (offline and online) and incorporate Rewards marketing into existing programs and other lines of business communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal marketing, design, communications, digital team, and various lines of business to implement the Rewards marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Maintain current knowledge of Rewards/Loyalty programs in the industry and within our competitive set while always being curious about what motivates consumers/members to become loyal.
- Research potential new rewards partners and help with onboarding new partners
- Perform in-depth analysis of Rewards marketing campaigns and communication.
- Perform A/B testing and execute data-driven member communication to ensure our Rewards programs are customized according to life stage segment and member location
- Monitor the Rewards marketing budget month-to-month, with the support of the Marketing Manager Rewards
- Coordinate Evergreen, Limited time offers, and rewards awareness campaigns utilizing traditional and digital marketing tactics
- Work with the comms team to increase member engagement by creating interactive contests on social media platforms
- Work on blogs and content based on offer seasonality to reinforce the benefits of CAA Rewards programs
- Analyze the performance of rewards marketing campaign through member engagement, website traffic, ROI.
- Prepare presentations to pitch new partners, report results and performance on monthly or quarterly basis
- Maintain working relationships with Rewards partners, vendors and suppliers
- Produce marketing collateral for digital and traditional campaigns
- Regularly update website content and develop new landing pages for campaigns
- Build and send in-app communications through the CAA Mobile App
- Track marketing programs by updating reports and summarizing findings
- Perform database marketing practices such as data transfers, segmentation filters, list tags, and suppression requests
- Respond to staff inquiries related to member offers, rewards partner, and marketing initiatives
- Prepare and send communications for internal audiences, including frontlines and key stakeholders
- Assist in resolving inquiries from CAA Members in relation to Rewards Marketing
- When required, assist other members of the Marketing or Communications team
- Participate in other marketing programs and projects as required

- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in marketing or a related field
- Working knowledge of the Loyalty industry considered an asset
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including editing
- Ability to work effectively within the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe programs considered an asset
- Familiar with Customer Data Management (CDM) or Customer Data Experience Programs (CDXP) considered an asset
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Able to prioritize workload, meeting tight deadlines while juggling conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines for numerous clients
- Solution driven attitude in individual and team setting
- Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies, tasks, and procedures
- Understanding of marketing analysis, past experience developing and/or interpreting analytic reports and data

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
