**The Role**

The Marketing Applications Specialist will assume responsibility for the oversight of the marketing technology stack, meticulously managing and upholding marketing tools to ensure their utmost performance, availability, and security. This role entails the establishment and maintenance of seamless data integration amongst various marketing platforms, along with the conception and implementation of automated workflows to facilitate data synchronization. Close collaboration with the Marketing team and Revenue Operations analysts will be maintained to comprehend their technical prerequisites, guaranteeing the triumphant execution of campaigns. This encompasses multifaceted tasks such as the configuration of landing pages, forms, tracking codes, and the meticulous monitoring of engagement metrics within Salesforce CRM.

In a continual effort to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, the Applications specialist will perpetually evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for refinement. Comprehensive documentation encompassing system configurations, processes, and exemplary practices will be meticulously upheld. This incumbent will also play a pivotal role in the education and empowerment of Marketing team members, facilitating their proficiency as adept system users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pardot Expertise: Leverage deep experience with Pardot to optimize and oversee all aspects of our marketing automation strategies, analytics, and B2B lead generation efforts.
- Campaign Development: Build, rigorously test, and deploy sophisticated marketing campaigns to drive efficient and effective results.
- Workflow Design: Develop intricate workflow processes for drip campaigns, defining precise targeting criteria, response-based decision pathways, call-to-action sequences, sender logic, and task automation.
- Error Resolution: Address and resolve any campaign errors, ensuring flawless execution, effective opt-out request management, and the use of personalized variable fields.
- Template Design: Oversee the creation and design of templates for dashboards, reports, forms, and layouts. Provide valuable insights through dashboard data interpretation, consistently maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

**The Role Requirements**
- Certified Administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- 5+ Years of Experience managing and supporting a demand-generation technology stack.
- 2+ Years experience as a system administrator for Salesforce Pardot
- Experience supporting website content management systems and forms.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with key stakeholders across departments.
