**About the Role**:
As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll be the brain behind our daily operations—matching clients and caregivers efficiently, solving last-minute changes like a pro, and keeping things running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on flexibility, and loves turning chaos into order, we'd love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
- Solve scheduling puzzles and last-minute changes with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling software (e.g., WellSky or similar)
- Support the coordination team with administrative tasks as needed
- Respond to calls and texts promptly and professionally

- Love solving problems and thinking on your feet
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excel at juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure
- Are friendly and clear on the phone
- Are tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs and scheduling software
- Have previous experience in home care, healthcare, or scheduling (preferred)
