**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to supervisors or family members.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or caregiving is preferred.
- Familiarity with assisting individuals with disabilities or dementia care is a plus.
- Experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
