**Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Technician**

London, Ontario, Canada (Various Locations within 2-hour radius)

Full-time, On-site

John Drahushchak Ltd. is a small family owned general contracting company in business since 1970.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to drywall repair, concrete work, flooring repair, fixture installation, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and various outdoor maintenance duties.
- Source materials and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure efficient and effective resolution of day-to-day maintenance issues.
- Work independently to identify and solve maintenance problems.
- Manage customer relations by providing professional and courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and company truck.
- Complete necessary paperwork associated with maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial maintenance and repair work.
- Highly proficient and able to independently work in at least **two **of the following areas:

- Steel Door Repair & Install
- Overhead Door Repair & Install
- VCT & Ceramic Tile Repair & Install
- Concrete Finishing & Repair
- Drywall Mudding & Repair
- Painting (Spraying Experience a Plus)
- Truck Repair & Maintenance (Brakes, Oil Change, etc.)
- Steel & Vinyl Cladding
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work different days and locations as required.

Pay: $17.93-$38.01 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
