Service Technician for Commercial Dishwashers

Dimachem Inc., is a rapidly growing Industrial Chemicals manufacturer based in Windsor Ontario. We are looking to fill the role of a **Service Technician for Commercial Dishwashers** at Dimachem Inc.

Mechanical, plumbing, electrical aptitude is an asset.

Experience not required but an asset, full training is provided.

**Job Duties**:

- The service technician has regular service visits with clients
- Work within a defined customer base or geographical region as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Respond as needed to technical or business concerns from your customer base in order to ensure the continued positive supplier relationship with each customer.
- Provides machine inspections and basic maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines for clients, keeping detailed records of the service visits
- Carry out emergency on call service visits
- Manage all aspects and issues pertaining to Dimachem’s trade within your customer base to assure fair and profitable treatment for Dimachem Ltd.
- Represent Dimachem in a professional and positive manner to all business contacts.
- Provide delivery services of cleaning products for clients in the restaurant industry
- Assistance with Warehouse duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Product deliveries

**Job Requirements**:

- General knowledge of tools
- Experience with systems maintenance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to travel - London, Ontario area
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers
- Demonstrated time management skills
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- High level of integrity and work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
