- Direct, monitor, train and lead the yard and warehouse team.
- Manage daily yard tasks.
- Assist with Scheduling (crating/load preps)
- Preform inventory counts.
- Organize deliveries with freight companies.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working conditions and be able to arrange repairs.
- Ensure all goods are packaged and labeled according to the company’s standards.
- Implement and maintain new processes.
- Understand and be able to perform all yard operations team’s tasks.
- Promote a positive and safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard through 6S.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrate data entry, filing, and accuracy skills.
- Understand accounting principles.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Construction background and knowledge.
- Sound mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
