**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations**:_
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- **Team Leadership & Supervision**:_
- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
- **Problem Solving & Efficiency**:_
- Identify and resolve operational issues to optimize efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations.
- **Safety & Compliance**:_
- Enforce health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse, inventory management, or leadership roles.
- Language: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Technical Skills: Forklift operation experience preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Citizenship/PR: Citizens or permanent residents preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physical activities, including lifting and moving products.
- Flexible working hours may be required during peak periods.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
