**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**
The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the continuity of material supply for seamless daily production through maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock levels and accuracy, movement between facilities & keeping the warehouse in a condition that meets the expectations of the business. The Warehouse Supervisor understands the impact of their position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of their tasks.
This position has full oversight for all shippers and freezer controllers within a unionized environment.
**Inventory Control (40%)**:
- Assist with organizing inventory counts as required
- Manage daily, weekly inventory cycle counts
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, outside warehouses to ensure on time delivery, accuracy
- Ensure accuracy and process adherence for inbound receipts, outbound shipments, returns, and bin movements within the plant
- Managing inventory with regards to shelf life, FIFO
- Managing HOLD stock, Sell-off stock, Sell-off events
**Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Oversight (60%)**:
- Supervise and oversee the shippers and freezer controllers in a unionized environment
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Create a daily shipment schedule, prepping necessary paperwork
- Manage Production Requisition process from warehouse to production
- Manage daily transportation needs with different carriers/couriers
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading of shipments and unloading of deliveries
- Maintain an organized, safe work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Arrange daily supplier pickups, inter-facility transfers prevent overstock issues and balance network inventory between multiple outside storage facilities
- Ensure LCK sales orders are invoiced and shipped to LCK
- Liaise between internal departments (planning, production, QC/QA) and communicate effectively regarding the material availability issue, quality issue, shortfall, etc
- Participate and champion the disciplinary process as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FOOD MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE**
