Due to our ongoing growth and success in Canada, we are looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable Specialist**to join our Finance team

**Who are we looking for?**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process **accounts payable and receivable**transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform **bank and credit card reconciliations**to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain organized and up-to-date **financial records**using **QuickBooks Online**:

- Assist with **month-end and year-end closing**activities
- Manage **vendor relationships**and ensure timely payments
- Support **bookkeeping adjustments**and general ledger entries
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial and operational activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and reporting deadlines

**Qualifications**
- **2-3 years of corporate accounting experience**(not in accounting firms)
- **Experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)**:

- **Advanced Excel**and strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**:

- Exceptional **attention to detail**and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using or adapting to **AI-driven tools**is an asset
