Service Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual to lead our service team. As Service Manager, you’ll work alongside a talented crew of mechanics, suspension technicians, and service advisors to deliver the best possible service experience to our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to grow your own skills, mentor up-and-coming techs, and shape how we do service.
- Achieve Service Goals: Drive department success by holding the team accountable for high-quality work, clear customer communication, and efficient turnaround times.
- Lead by Example: Set the standard for professionalism, punctuality, initiative, and shop culture.
- Manage Workflow: Delegate jobs effectively, maintain balance in the shop schedule, and keep customers informed with honest and timely updates.
- Improve Procedures: Work closely with management to refine and implement service systems, standards, and processes.
- Educate & Mentor: Share your knowledge and raise the bar by coaching others on best practices and new techniques.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of bike shop service experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- A passion for bikes and delivering next-level service
**Compensation / Benefits**:
- Salary of $50,000 - $70,000 a year
- 3 Weeks paid Vacation
- Health benefits
