StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is looking for a full-time Distribution HUB Mail Room Processor & Administrative Assistant who thrives on precision and efficiency. In this dual role, you will manage all facets of our daily mail operations while delivering top-notch administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.

**Position**: Distribution HUB Mail Room Processor & Administrative Assistant

**Job Type**: In Office, Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

**Pay**: From $20.00 per hour

**What You Will Do**:

- Greet clients and provide top tier service
- Sort, scan, and attach mail in the Broker Management System (BMS) and maintain daily mail logs and ensure same-day processing
- Use approved nomenclature, update broker/producer codes, and keep records accurate
- Provide backup support to the Front Desk Administrative Officer
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

**What You Bring**:

- Office Administration diploma or 1+ year clerical experience
- Excellent organization, data entry, and communication skills
- Self-motivation, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Insurance experience is an asset (training provided)
