We are searching for a Social Media Manager to add to our team on a full-time basis. We’re looking for someone that has social media experience, but more importantly, we are seeking someone who wants to grow and develop to be able to take the social media scene by storm. Working knowledge of Influencer Marketing, WeChat, social listening tools or other social channels and technologies is a major plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay up to date on the latest social news, trends, channels, and technology as it relates to changes in privacy or usage of social media channels.
- Develop creative solutions for clients’ marketing challenges.
- Work within the digital department to build (organic and paid) concepts, ideas, and overall social strategies for each account under social management.
- Execute on social strategies through building content calendars, creative assets (as appropriate), as well as scheduling posts/campaigns.
- Writing clear and relevant text content for each social channel/audience of accounts under management.
- Prioritize and balance multiple priorities simultaneously and meet timelines with agility, accountability, and responsiveness.
- Ensure strategy, design, and voice of all content follows established brand guidelines, and that content enhances their respective brands.
- In harmony with account management, establish strong communication and working relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure strategies are aligned to business objectives
- Keep account management and clients informed of progress; anticipate challenges; recommend solutions
- Pitch social media ideas and concepts to existing clients
- Ensuring reporting and analysis of performance metrics on a regular basis, with regular updates to account teams/clients as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 year of social media platform experience.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- Experience working with Meta platforms
- Experience working with LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok
- A strong portfolio showing social media channels, and Ads, that you have managed, created, grew, executed, as well as any other samples of work (including photography, graphics, social strategies etc).

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
