**Position Title: Sales Executive**

**Location: Dorval, QC, Montreal**

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
- Minimum one year experience in freight forwarding industry or related certificate
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
- Freight Forwarding Experience a MUST
- International Sales Experience a MUST
- Able to work under pressure and meet Sales deadlines
- Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Find new business and identify new potential markets.
- Generate business leads internally and externally, secure new business and grow customer base, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and other necessary KPIs to drive performance
- Understand Asia Market and deeply knowledgeable about needs and trends.
- Great communication internally and externally and able to present “Presentation Skills”
- Able to create a culture of sales excellence highlighting successes and best practices sharing and leading a team
- Proven records to sustain own cost-plus achieving commission
- Other assignments may be directed by the Management

- AEC / DEP ou certificat de métier spécialisé (de préférence)
- Expérience en transport de marchandises indispensable

- Esprit d'ouverture et visionnaire
- Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en priorisation et en multitâche

**Responsabilités**:

- Recherche de nouveaux clients et identification de nouveaux marchés potentiels.
- Génération de leads en interne et en externe, fidélisation et développement de la clientèle, développement et maintien de relations solides avec les clients actuels et potentiels.
- Définition et suivi des objectifs de vente, des indicateurs d'activité et autres indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) nécessaires à l'optimisation des performances.
- Compréhension du marché asiatique et connaissance approfondie des besoins et des tendances.
- Excellente communication en interne et en externe, et capacité à présenter des « compétences en présentation ».
- Capacité à créer une culture d'excellence commerciale, à mettre en avant les réussites et les meilleures pratiques, et à diriger une équipe.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de ses propres coûts et la réalisation de commissions.
