**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements using Propra property management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate lease terms and conditions that meet both tenant and property owner needs.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all leasing documents and tenant records.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls from potential tenants.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar software for managing leasing operations is highly desirable.
- Strong sales background with proven success in customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate lease terms with potential tenants.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and maintain organized filing systems.
