**Cheshire Independent Living Services is looking for Personal Attendants**
Cheshire serves frail seniors and persons with significant disabilities to live actively and independently in their own homes and community.
**Compensation**:
Starting rate of pay $26.10/hour for eligible direct services.
Compensation for Travel Time, Staff Education and Development or Team Meetings at $23.10/hour
PLUS Mileage Reimbursed at $0.48/km as applicable
**Part-time employees**are eligible to receive **8% in lieu**of benefits **in addition to vacation**.

**Return of Service - Government Funded Bonus Program**:
- For those who graduated from a recognized PSW program on or after April 1st, 2023 and commit to at least 12 months of full-time employment, you may be eligible for up to $10,000

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- A **valid Canadian Driver’s License** and have **regular access to a reliable vehicle**
- Valid automobile insurance with liability coverage
- Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends and understand the nature of our work and the importance of good attendance and reliability.
- Some caregiving experience is not required, but is an asset
- A PSW, DSW certificate or experience/education in a similar role is an asset but not required.
**Schedule**: Days, Evenings, Monday to Friday, Nights, On-Call, Overtime, Weekends
