- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Engage with potential clients via outside sales efforts, including B2B sales and dealership interactions.
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities during customer interactions.
- Support sales management by tracking sales activities, maintaining organized records, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or dealership environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Experience with sales management tools and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
- Ability to perform upselling and cross-selling techniques confidently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in math for calculating quotes, discounts, and payment plans.

Pay: $65,000.00-$166,465.20 per year
