**Office Coordinator (part-time)**
- Entering timesheets production employees.
- Preparing production release packages including.
- Attaching part labels to sheet report booklet.
- Photocopy and bind production release booklets.
- Enter new job releases in Syteline.
- Assisting buyer with purchase order fulfillment dates and changes.
- General office admin duties including but not limited to ordering office supplies, assisting with vending machine (contacting rep as needed, initiating refunds) troubleshooting, maintaining parking pass spreadsheet and distribution, maintaining coffee machine, arranging courier services,
- Assist AP/AR team with general admin duties as assigned including but not limited to matching receiving documents to invoices, cheque runs, etc.
- Other assigned duties.
- Completed high school. A post-secondary from an office administration program is considered an asset.
- Experience with AP/AR is considered an asset.
- Experience as an expeditor in purchasing is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including experience with Excel.
- Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize key initiatives.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and handle change well.
