**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Human Resources Professional** to manage HR functions for both Admiral Safety and Security and NB+ Jobs Agency. In this role, you will handle recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring we meet staffing needs and maintain a positive and compliant workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about human resources, who thrives in diverse environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee full recruitment cycles, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding for both organizations.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and enrollment.
- Support employee relations and investigations when necessary.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain recruitment records and data.
- Stay up to date on HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
- Attend job fairs and career events to represent both companies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruitment role.
- Bilingual (French and English) required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HRIS systems, and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with labour laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
