CSN Jones Auto Body is looking for a Human Resource/Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team.

**HR Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Employee cycle from recruitment, selection and onboarding to offboarding
- Payroll bi-weekly utilizing Sage 50 software
- Manage employee punch times, vacation scheduling and absentees
- Managing employee data
- Annual employee reviews
- Schedule and monitor employee training
- Manage group benefits
- WSIB
- Company policies and procedures
- Document core processes
- Budget and coordinate company events
- Promote positive working culture throughout the company departments
- Other duties as assigned

**Health and Safety Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement OHS policies and procedures across the organization
- Advise and lead the management on safety related topics and issues
- Certified JHSC member
- Chair JHSC meetings across the organizations
- Enforce preventative measures
- Be the corporate liaison with government required Health and Safety matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- Sage 50 payroll experience
- Clear knowledge of Ontario labour laws
- Experience in writing policies and procedures
- Possess and active JHSC Certification
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Team player
