**As an Office Assistant you will have the**:
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing company objectives
- Experience supporting day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and working in a customer service setting
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience working with Equifax and/or Geowarehouse is considered a strong asset
**As an Office Assistant, you will**:
- Take in any new sales orders submitted by the sales team
- Review all paperwork with an extreme eye for detail to ensure it passes all requirement for funding
- Review credit reports and geowarehouse land title reports to ensure the customer qualifies for the programs we offer
- Communicate with sales agents and technicians to obtain and review paperwork for any errors.
- Ensure the verification calls (pre-tpvs) are completed in a timely manner and follow the script accordingly
- Maintain a list of the water heaters that have been removed/replaced with new water heaters to ensure the timely return to avoid double billing
- Follow up with technicians for updates on installations and pre-inspections
- Check for any files that have an “action required” type of job status & handle accordingly
- Ensure all paperwork, documentation and phone calls required are uploaded to each file
- Obtain HVAC technician availability for the following day and weekends
- Assign next day installations/pre-inspections & order equipment accordingly
- Take any inbound calls from customers, technicians or sales agents
- Ensure the schedule for the current day is updated prior to closing at night
- Keep track of any installations that need to be moved and inform dept manager accordingly
**In order to be considered, you must**:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable working with technology; specifically, Microsoft Suits and Google Drive
- Always uphold a positive and professional attitude
