**Job Description** 12-Month contract**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of daily ecommerce activities of the PENN., as well as supporting marketing or evolution projects that aim to drive sales and enhance the customer’s shopping experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate ecommerce and digital marketing activities such as promotions, brand campaigns, and website enhancements.
- Contribute and coordinate the ecommerce calendar.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Integrate and update content across the ecommerce platform, including banners, landing pages, and promotional modules.
- Create and maintain content and marketing pages (e.g. campaign pages, category pages) within the ecommerce CMS platform, ensuring accuracy, alignment with brand guidelines, and optimization for user experience.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of media ad creatives with internal team.
- Monitor site performance using analytics tools and coordinate A/B tests to improve conversion and user experience.

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**
- Interest in ecommerce and/or fashion retail
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent
- 1year + experience in ecommerce or marketing
- Good understanding of ecommerce best practices (an asset)
- Analytical skills; comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and interpreting performance data
- Bilingual
