We are a fast-growing scale-up looking to establish further dominance in the B2B sales and marketing space.

In order to continue our growth, we are looking to add a Manager, Marketing & Sales to work in our London, Ontario office. If you’re an analytical, hardworking, marketing and sales obsessed people person, this is the position for you

**About the Role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide product demonstrations and onboardings to current and future clients via Zoom
- Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Perform search engine optimization on our website and blog
- Create written and visual content to assist clients
- Bring new ideas and initiatives to the team
- An assortment of other digital marketing and sales related tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Marketing/Communications
- 2-5+ years prior work experience in similar position
- Experience working with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, live chat software is considered an asset
- Willingness to learn new technology and sales/marketing tactics
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Driven and hardworking
- Strong people skills
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Interested in growing and expanding their current abilities in a fun environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
