**Compensation**:

- $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
- Bonus eligibility.

**Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm**

**Job Summary**

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the marketing initiatives of Empack, a leading contract manufacturing company, as well as its owned consumer brands, Emzone and Zytec. This position is responsible for creating and managing engaging content across both digital and traditional marketing channels, with a strong focus on brand consistency and strategic messaging. This role includes full responsibility for managing Empack’s Amazon business.

Additionally, this position supports market research initiatives, helping to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist ensures all marketing content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with company objectives, while regularly reporting on campaign performance and results to management.

**What you will do**:

- Support marketing initiatives for Empack’s contract manufacturing business and owned brands (Emzone, Zytec).
- Full Amazon account responsibility.
- Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all materials.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create promotional materials.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all marketing copy and visuals.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

**What you will need**:

- **Content Development**: Strong writing, editing, and design skills for digital and print platforms.
- **Digital Media Proficiency**: Experience managing social media platforms, websites, and digital engagement tools.
- **Graphic Design**: Ability to create branded templates, flyers, and other visual materials (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- **Project & Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and interpret customer feedback.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication for both external and internal audiences.
- **Collaboration**: Works effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, leadership).
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- **Event Support**: Experience in event promotion, planning, or sponsorship management is an asset.

**Technical Tools**: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

**Must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
- Previous Amazon account management experience.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design are considered an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
