**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Greenhouse Construction Field Manager** to lead the construction, repair, and maintenance of greenhouse structures. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, can juggle multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. You’ll be responsible for field operations, material logistics, team coordination, and direct client interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **construction of new greenhouses** and **repairs of existing structures**, including replacing glass panes and poly coverings.
- Perform and manage **general greenhouse maintenance tasks**.
- **Coordinate multiple job sites**, including team scheduling, equipment logistics, and material deliveries or pickups.
- Lead a crew of labourers, ensuring performance, conduct, and productivity standards are met.
- Act as a **client liaison**—maintaining communication and trust with clients regarding current and upcoming projects.
- Ensure proper and secure **installation of poly and glass panes**.
- Operate and supervise the use of **heavy machinery** as needed.
- Maintain strict compliance with **workplace safety regulations** and company safety policies.
- Manage resources effectively**:track materials, time, equipment**, and project progress.
- Provide reports to the company owner summarizing job status, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure accurate, daily documentation of job tasks performed by employees to be included in reports to the client, upon request.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in **greenhouse construction**, general construction, or related field.
- Strong **project management** and **team leadership** skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving between multiple sites.
- Ability to operate or direct the use of **heavy machinery** safely and efficiently.
- Solid understanding of **job site safety protocols**.
- Excellent **time management** and ability to **prioritize tasks** under pressure.
- Strong **problem-solving** skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to **communicate clearly and respectfully** with clients, team members, and suppliers.
