Clearview Horticultural Products Inc. is a leading wholesale greenhouse located in Langley, BC, specializing in the production of assorted plants for customers across Canada and the USA. Our 1,000,000 sq. ft. production facility is dedicated to growing premium vines and flowering annuals. We are currently seeking an experienced **Grower** to oversee aspects of our crop production and lead our growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and environmental conditions tailored to the specific needs of each crop.
- Monitor and adjust climate, nutrition, and growth control parameters to optimize plant health and growth.
- Prepare production areas and manage space allocation for upcoming crops.
- Regularly inspect crops for pests, diseases, or pathogens and implement necessary control measures.
- Maintain detailed records of monitoring and spraying activities in alignment with the GCP export program.
- Monitor and manage EC and pH levels in both soil and water.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager on crop planning and scheduling.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of greenhouse equipment.
- Supervise and provide leadership to the growing team, including training new employees on best practices and techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest horticultural techniques and technologies through ongoing learning (courses, webinars, etc.).
- Ensure optimal greenhouse conditions, including ventilation, lighting, temperature, and humidity control.
- Comply with WorkSafe BC Joint Health and Safety Regulations.
- Oversee greenhouse sanitation processes.
- Assist the Greenhouse Operations Manager with additional tasks as required.
