Are you passionate about blending technology with real-world building?
Join us as a **Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator** and play a pivotal role in transforming how construction projects are planned, visualized, and delivered.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, leading the integration of cutting-edge digital tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D modeling to drive smarter, more efficient, and more collaborative project outcomes. You’ll work closely with design teams, project managers, and field teams to bring virtual construction to life and ensure seamless coordination across the full project lifecycle.
This is a predominantly office-based role, with opportunities to step onto construction sites. Connect with teams in action, and see your digital work take shape in the real world. If you thrive on technology, precision, and collaboration—and you want to be part of a forward-thinking construction team, this is your chance to make a big impact.
**About Us**
Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. We have a commitment to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without a hardworking team, working together, to make it all happen. That’s why we’re looking for people who are eager to join an intelligent and motivated team to create something bigger than themselves and build communities that will impact a neighborhood in infinite ways.
