**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Supervise and train staff in food service protocols, customer interaction, and POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the executive chef on menu planning and special events.

**Skills**
- Proficient in food handling practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Previous experience in supervising staff within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred.

**Staff Management**
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff.
- Supervise front-of-house.
- Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
