- Supervise daily office operations and manage administrative staff to ensure productivity.
- Oversee bookkeeping activities, including payroll processing and budget management.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office management role with strong clerical and administrative skills.
- Supervising experience is essential; team management capabilities are a must.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in human resources functions is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is advantageous.
