Paid Digital Ad Specialist

Canada MedLaser is a growing medical aesthetic chain with 13 locations across the GTA, with a friendly approach to beauty; offering an array of medical beauty services.
**You will be working at our head office, located in Vaughan.**
**What You'll Be Doing /** **Key Responsibilities**:
- Have ownership and management of numerous paid campaigns in an omni channel marketing landscape, primarily Google and Facebook Ads with daily management of ads accounts, including but not limited to daily monitoring of campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying problem areas that may require campaign revisions/ pausing and identifying solutions to ensure revenue flow and incremental spend.
- Own and manage monthly budgets and spends and forecast campaign budgets (30k-50k monthly) to ensure a high ROI/ROAS and low CPA.
- Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to the client's websites, business, and Landing Pages.
- Installing floodlight, pixels or tags for proper tracking and analyzing conversion rates and performance.
- Creation and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads - Paid Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube ads, ensuring the implementation of best practices
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using agency or industry standard methods to ensure their good health and to identify opportunities to scale.
- Investigate and report on campaign concerns & act as a pivotal resource for platform support, troubleshooting and resolving any issues
- Work closely with the creative team on recommendations for ad creative and testing
**What you must have**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 3-4 years minimum of paid ads experience (agency experience a bonus)
- Deep knowledge of Paid Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube advertising - be a Google Ads wizard with strong understanding of Google/MS ads ecosystem (Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising, YouTube, Shopping, etc);
- A strong understanding of Paid Social Marketing (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong understanding of Accounts, Campaigns, Ad groups/ Sets and Ad, targeting, regulations and placements.
- Ability to segment and perform A/B testing along with creation and maintenance of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, with a focus on increasing ROI for clients to help them meet their goals.
- Ability to monitor and analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising tactics to improve/develop campaigns using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance.
- Experience with digital reporting, tagging, tracking and analytics, including Google Analytics (GA4)and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Conversion Tracking
- Google Ads certification.
- Ability to identify opportunities for areas of optimization and upsell.
- Identify and develop new campaign strategies and communicate these ideas to Digital Marketing Manager
- Strong understanding of Funnels, SQL, MQL, Hot, Warm and Cold audiences, Micro and macro conversions, Remarketing and Retargeting Campaigns and strategies.
- Experience in client reporting & communication (internal & external).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality.
- Ability to ensure content and digital assets meet defined brand and compliance standards
- Excellent basic-intermediate Excel/ Google sheets/docs skills.
- Familiarity with KPI, TCPA, TROAS, OKR, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC,QS,IS, etc.
- Experience managing medium to large (and sometime complex) client budgets ($5,000 - $15,000/month),
- Ability and knack to stay abreast of new media and digital trends
- Expertise in being a self-starter and ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to campaign management.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in other PPC platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Twitter Ads and Linkedin Ads, TikTok ads, Quora ads, Snapchat ads)
- Degree in marketing or relevant field.
- Google Analytics(+Advanced) certification and/or Facebook Ads Certification
- Microsoft Ads certification.
- Google Ads editor knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, Macros etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Hubspot, Zoho Salesforce, Marketo etc. Experience in various cloud services
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with e-commerce/B2C/D2C & B2B platforms.
- Advanced paid social experience and/or certifications.
- Advanced skills on Paid Ads platforms such as automations, alerts, scripts, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and content management systems.
