We believe in the idea that you can come to work, and help make the world a better place in the same day. **Critical Outcomes from the Job** Assist in building the Nature’s Path Organic Brand by - Support the Social Media Coordinator by creating and implementing the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with the overall content and social media strategies. - Work closely with Consumer Services and Communications Team to provide online customer service support on social media and respond to website reviews to ensure a positive customer service experience. - Coordinate Nature’s Path Organic partnership and gifting outreach logistics, from ordering product samples, and communicating briefs, to administering shipping requests. - Pull together data-backed recommendations using industry-leading tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social and GRIN. - Curate and suggest UGC creative. - Support the development of a culture that meets company goals and long-term vision of leaving the earth better than we found it.
