- Support the clinic's administrative functions including clerical tasks, typing, and data entry.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth operations within the facility.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in using Healthquest system is advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; typing proficiency is essential (10 key typing).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and filing processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to multi-task/prioritize effectively in fast past environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or as a medical receptionist is highly desirable.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
