**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with management to create a culture of safety within the organization.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to workplace safety.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in construction management software to facilitate project planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying safety information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on safety performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
