Kinetic Safety is seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Field Supervisor to lead our field teams, ensuring safe and efficient job execution while building strong client relationships. This role is full-time, temporary with the possibility of extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Planning and Execution**:Perform job assessments to determine resource requirements and collaborate with management to ensure successful project planning and execution.
- **Onsite Leadership**: Provide leadership and direction to field employees during job execution. Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- ** Training and Mentorship**:Train, mentor, and support field staff in safety procedures and technical services such as safety watch, spark watch, atmospheric/gas testing, breathing air trailer operations and confined space watch.
- **Field Support**: Be present onsite for all jobs, guiding staff and troubleshooting issues in real-time. Perform work as needed when field employees are unavailable.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Uphold Kinetic Safety's program and standards and ensure that all jobs comply with health and safety regulations. Foster a culture of safety among the field staff.
- ** Client Relationships**: Develop strong working relationships with clients at the field level. Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and feedback during projects.

**Technical Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)**:

- A minimum 3 years of direct experience working in safety services, including safety watch, spark watch, atmospheric/gas testing, breathing air trailer operations and confined space watch. Experience in high-angle and confined space rescue is considered an advantage.
- Ability to perform all technical services offered by Kinetic Safety when needed.
- Minimum required safety tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid/CPR, Confined Space Entry & Monitor, Fire Watch and Common Safety Orientation. Training in High-Angle and Confined Space Rescue is considered an asset.
- Must hold a valid Driver's Licence with 3 years of clean driving history.

**Leadership Qualifications**:

- Previous field leadership experience in industrial safety services.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with proven success in training and developing field staff.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to build trusting relationships with employees and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and direct team members when necessary.
- High commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and culture in field operations.
