**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education, either enrolled or completed, in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Administrative or office work experience considered an asset
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette

**Responsibilities**:

- Updating and maintaining the HRIS and other internal programs/ platforms
- Assist in managing all external and internal Careers Page job postings
- Working in collaboration with the team to ensure that recruitment and human resources initiatives and processes are developed, implemented, communicated, and delivered
- Various administrative duties, such as generating reports, organizing exit interviews, removing terminated staff from internal groups, etc.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic documents
- Maintain the filing systems by creating new folders for organizing yearly file change-over
- Potential reception relief as needed
- Other duties/projects as requested by the Human Resources Team
