**About Valid Metal Fabrication Inc. (VMF)**

We are a growing sheet metal fabrication company in Scarborough, ON, servicing architectural, construction, and glazing clients across the GTA. Our in-house capabilities include prototyping, brake forming, cladding, back pans, TIG/MIG welding, and more.

We're looking for a **Business Development Representative** to lead outbound prospecting and client engagement. You’ll build a pipeline of local B2B opportunities, help clients understand our capabilities, and drive quoting opportunities from first contact to visit.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Identify and research target accounts in the construction, architectural, and glazing space
- Visit prospects across the GTA to introduce our services and assess quoting needs
- Coordinate with our internal estimating team to prepare and submit quotes
- Follow up with prospects to close business and build long-term relationships

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, construction estimating, or trade services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to approach new clients and pitch VMF’s value in person
- Ability to work independently and organize your own sales outreach
- Valid G-class driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Understanding of metal fabrication, construction, or project quoting is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
