Are you ready to play a vital role in ensuring software development projects stay on track and within scope? The Junior Project Manager at T6 works directly with senior project managers and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. In this role, you will proactively manage deliverables, maintain organization, and support the team to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
Project Oversight
- Task Prioritization: Collaborate with senior management and team leads to prioritize tasks based on project goals and deadlines.
- Deliverable Monitoring: Track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Risk Identification: Identify risks early and escalate unresolved issues to senior management promptly.

Technical Coordination
- SDLC Knowledge: Understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including phases like requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- JIRA Management:

- Ensure developers meet JIRA expectations.
- Facilitate team contributions by adding details, descriptions, and time logs to JIRA tickets.

Communication and Reporting
- Proactive Communication: Engage with team members, developers, and management to address blockers and provide updates.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports for senior management, offering insights into project progress and any concerns.
- Meeting Participation: Organize or attend stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring meetings are focused and productive.

Quality Assurance
- Testing Oversight: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and that deliverables meet quality standards.

Ad Hoc Support
- Assist with day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks to support the senior project management team and operations.

Organization and Operations
- Resource Clarity: Monitor workload distribution to ensure resource needs are met.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation for tracking and reference.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Basic knowledge of technical terminology and tools relevant to software development.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into non-technical language for upper management.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
