**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle daily cash and balance daily sales.
- Work with Video Lottery Terminal Sales and washouts
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance and support.
- Oversee kitchen operations, and keep standards in place.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the organization.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong serving and organizational skills. Must have Serve It Right Certification
- strong background in commercial cooking and kitchen operations a major asset.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Shifts will vary but will mostly be 7am - 3pm or 1 pm - 9pm.
