**Who are you**

**A day in the life**
- You lead and coach your sales team through the company vision, mission, and core values.
- You proactively recruit a diverse team who prioritizes guest connection and provides world-class experiences.
- You lead successful sales trainings, performance/development meetings, and monthly team staff meetings.
- Effectively resolve sensitive customer issues or concerns within the guidelines of the company policy.
- Achieve financial targets through a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and the improvement of measurable statistics that drive the business.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales, product and client training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales volume.
- Executing new product walkthroughs with your team and overseeing visual merchandising and keep tabs on high turning products.
- You support in leading a profitable store by enrolling the entire team to achieve your sales plan; you utilize company tools to strategically plan sales targets and labour hours.
- Assist in coordinating and running monthly staff meetings, keeping your team up to date on important product or operational changes and events.

**Must have skills, competencies, and attributes**
- Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline) is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience as a manager in a service and sales driven environment.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Astute with common sense and quick on your feet.
- Confident in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
- Strong people management skills, able to assemble and manage a new team of people.
- Strong relationship builder - able to establish both internal and external working relationships in order to identify and implement strategies for business growth
- Strong business management skills - able to balance the rewards of meeting business objectives with the risk of loss of customer, employee, reputation
- Strong communication and presentation skills - able to hold meetings
- Flexibility to work within store operating hours is required
- Weekend availability is required
