**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, monitoring team performance.
- Conduct strategic planning to drive sales growth and demonstrate a long-term vision.
- Manage a small sales team, overseeing all aspects of the sales process from aftercare to closing skills.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures, reviewing contracts and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation of sales activities and interactions.
- Support the sales team in finding leads and obtaining referrals through professional relationships.
- Collaborate with management and staff to provide high-quality services and improve processes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and customer service, identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a positive image.
- Requires prior sales supervisory experience, showcasing effective leadership.
- Possesses excellent leadership skills, motivating and mentoring staff.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the lower mainland.
- Demonstrates diverse prospecting abilities to pursue sales opportunities.
- Displays a strong work ethic and is goal-driven.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has acceptable driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
