**What will you be doing?**

As the E-Commerce Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of the E-Commerce business. You will be primarily responsible for defining the E-commerce strategy, including content, delivery, site analytics, and target markets. You will be required to drive profitable business growth by improving web performance to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and reporting on E-commerce sales performance. In this role, you will also be required to provide exceptional online user experience and coordination to fulfill orders in an accurate and timely manner. Simultaneously, you are expected to maintain current knowledge about relevant trends and technical and marketing innovations in e-commerce.

**What should you have?**
- Minimum 3 years of front end management experience specialized in E-commerce, eMerchanding, or related roles, with troubleshooting experience.
- Must have experience with SAS E-commerce platform
- Strong general knowledge in E-commerce best practices including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, CRO, web analytics, and eMerchandising
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution
