**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Operation**: Direct, motivate, train, and lead the E-Commerce Operations Team to deliver unparalleled customer service and elevate the overall customer experience.
**New E-Commerce Platform Development**: Oversee the creation and management of an innovative e-commerce platform. Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing interface in line with industry best practices. Stay ahead of e-commerce technology trends, exploring and implementing new tools and features to enhance our online presence and streamline operations
**Sales Performance Analysis**: Delve into sales data and performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
**E-Commerce Strategy Development**: Develop and execute robust e-commerce strategies, utilizing Google's suite of tools to optimize search engine visibility, improve user experience, and drive sales growth.
**Google Advertising Management**: Monitor and optimize Google advertising campaigns. Maximize ROI by analyzing data, refining targeting, and exploring innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of our online advertising efforts.
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Lead efforts in optimizing our website for search engines, ensuring easy discoverability for potential customers seeking medical equipment online.
**Vendor Collaboration**: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless drop shipments and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Negotiate favorable terms that benefit both the company and our partners.
**Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives. Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in digital marketing with an e-commerce concentration.
- 7.10 years of hands-on experience managing an e-commerce team.
- Ability to develop and handle a new e-commerce platform from inception to operation.
- Proven expertise in e-commerce management, specifically focusing on drop shipments.
- Strong background in digital advertising and marketing, especially with Google Ads.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
