**VAC Developments** is a Canadian **Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Company**.

We are looking for **Junior Accounts Receivable** person who is bright, motivated and have a passion for making a difference.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past due accounts
- Efficiently resolve any problems prior to raising and issue of invoice
- Initiate communication with customers to resolve past-due account balances
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management
- Prepare Weekly Accounts Receivable Report

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 1-3 years of North American accounting experience and diploma.
- Control goods compliant.
- Advanced Excel skills required, proficient in the Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and phone).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
- Pivot tables: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
