**Responsibilities**:

- Execute documentation control, development, and management for PFS procedures in coordination with Plains’ document management group.
- Manage and update process safety information for PFS management of change (MOC) projects, which includes managing contractor drawing updates using document control system.
- Manage MOC process (i.e., create, monitor, and complete MOCs as well as facilitate weekly meetings).
- Create and maintain project data books for engineering and equipment data.
- Assist in providing project controls for Engineering team.
- Execute monthly capital budget forecast reporting for engineering projects.
- Manage and create yearly maintenance and expansion capital budgets.
- Create and manage work orders from Engineering team.
- Create PO requests for engineering.
- Maintain equipment data index.
- Assist engineers in facilitating process hazard analyses for MOCs through scribing and creating / maintaining related documentation.
- Maintain onsite library as well as piping and instrumentation diagram books for Operations, Maintenance, and Instrumentation/Electrical teams.
- Create / manage authorizations for expenditure (AFEs) for engineering projects.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary business or technical diploma or equivalent related industry experience.
- 3-5 years technical project coordination experience or other related technical experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- General understanding of project management.
- General understanding of capital budgeting processes.
- General understanding of MOC processes.
- General understanding of process safety information.
- Aptitude and skill with other Microsoft software (e.g., Dynamics AX, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Cleared criminal history (background) check and satisfactory reference checks.
- Compliance with the company’s Drug & Alcohol Policy including pre-employment D&A testing.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
