We are a busy and rapidly growing truck repair and towing company, proudly serving North Ontario with four convenient locations. Specializing in commercial and heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair, we are committed to keeping fleets on the road and minimizing downtime for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing Duties**:
- Take Customer calls and dispatch accordingly
- Maintain safety and drivers files
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Collect payments via credit card, e-transfer, and other approved methods
- Follow up with clients on overdue balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
**Administrative Duties**:
- Handle general office duties (filing, scanning, data entry, scheduling)
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support management with ad hoc tasks and reports
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in business
- **Must have own transportation**
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
