Customer Service Representative

This is a role set for growth and promotion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones - direct as needed, or respond to customer inquiry
- Assist walk in customers
- Process and review stock orders - house accounts and sales rep order
- Request freight quotes
- Process Ecomm orders on customer portals and internal ERP /CRM systems
- Process warranties, parts, returns orders -stock and ecomm
- Handle parts inquiries
- Take payments / collect credit card information
- Deal with customer issues - late shipment, items missing from orders etc
- Check stock inventory
- Allocate and fulfill stock order and communicating backorder to procurement - manage backorders
- Work with procurement to know inventory status - product on hand and incoming
- Communicate between warehouse and sales rep
- Manage rental sales and paperwork
- Arrange repairs in house and fabric repair offsite
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward both internal and external customers.
- Other projects and job duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be a creative self-starter with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Focused attention to detail, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent data entry skills/typing skills required
- ERP - Microsoft Great Plains and CRM - Sales Force experience preferred but we will train the right person
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
